We curently ship to:

All merchandise is sent by regular mail (4-20 working days).
All packages sent in Europe will be charged according to weight:
- 0 to 500 grams 10 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- 500 grams to 1 kilo 20 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- 1 kilo to 3 kilo 40 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- 3 kilo to 10 kilo 100 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- for orders weighing more than 10 kilo you will be contacted.
The weight of each product is shown in the description.
All packages sent worldwide (outside of Europe) will be charged according to weight:
- 0 to 500 grams 15 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- 500 grams to 1 kilo 25 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- 1 kilo to 3 kilo 60 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- 3 kilo to 10 kilo 120 EUR + 3 EUR handling fee
- for orders weighing more than 10 kilo you will be contacted.

COSSALINA SHOP takes no responsibility for the goods once they have been sent to you. We also take no responsibility for any relevant duties or custom charges that you may incur.
PAYMENT
1. Paypal secure payments
We do not have access to your personal financial data. The payments are made with paypal safe and secure.
2. Pay at delivery (Only available for Romania)
To change or cancel your order simply contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, as we are trying to fulfil the orders immediately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been posted.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to offer you the best solutions for refund or exchange so contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges or refunds must be returned to us within 7 days of postage (21 days for orders outside of Europe). Any items received after those dates will be returned to the sender.
Cossalina Shop reserves the right to refuse a customer if they request excessive returns or exchanges.
All returned items must be in their original condition with original tags and gusset protector intact (no exceptions). All returned item/s must not be soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered. If any garment is returned not in its original condition, no exchange or credit will be issued and the purchaser will forfeit all claims.
There is no shipping fee for the first exchange. As you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us, we cover the cost of shipping the exchange to you. If you require several (more than 1) exchanges for the one order, the standard shipping fee will apply with the second exchange.
